The Edison Ballroom is an elegant private event space in the heart of Times Square, New York City. Originally opened in the 1930’s as the Grand Ballroom of the adjacent Edison Hotel, this historical venue reopened in 2008 after a multi-million dollar renovation that preserved its original flair and art deco style.
We’ll begin our day by meeting in The Edison Ballroom’s South Ballroom, which can be accessed via the Edison Ballroom’s entrance on 46th Street. Should you enter at a different entrance, there will be staff on the grounds to direct you to the correct spot.

Take the A, C, E, 1, 2, 3, 7, N, Q, R, W, or S train to Times Sq–42 St
Exit toward 42nd Street & 7th Avenue / Broadway
Walk north to 46th Street, then head west to 221 W. 46th St

Take the B, D, F, or M train to 42 St–Bryant Park
Walk west on 42nd Street, then north on 8th Avenue to 46th Street
(Approx. 8–10 minute walk)
By Bus:
Take the M7, M20, or M104 to 7th Ave & W 46th St

Yes, Tri-State Connecting The Dots requires one tickets per attendee. Tickets can be purchased at the top of the page.

All ticket sales are final. If you wish to transfer your ticket to another agent, you are welcome to do so. Please just let the event team know so we can update our list of attendees.

Business Casual, jeans are acceptable. Comfortable shoes are encouraged as we will be moving around throughout the day (elevators will be accessible).

Absolutely, while we encourage all-day attendance, please feel free to work around your schedule. Every attendee must purchase a ticket, regardless of if they will attend all-day or partially.
